4. Important Notice:
 
A. Please have your Health Insurance IC Card with you when making an appointment.
B. If you wish to make appointments for different departments, please notify the departments, clinics or doctors’ names to the counter staff.

1. Service hours: 24hours
2. To save your time, please have your medical number, ID card number or birth date with you; then, select “Online Registration” on the mainpage.
3. This system provides the pre-registration for the next 31 days. The registration deadline on the day of visit:
 
(1) Appointments in the morning of that day cannot be made after 11:30am
(2) Appointments in the morning and afternoon of that day cannot be made after 5:00pm
(3) Appointments in the morning, afternoon and evening of that day cannot be made after 9:00pm
4. If you are unable to come on the online pre-registered date, please cancel it one day in advance through automated or telephone registration.

Onsite appointment(At Clinic)
 
1. After outpatient or emergency services, or upon discharge, doctor may issue a pre-registration slip to patient when follow-up consultation is considered necessary. Patient has to bring the pre-registration slip at follow-up visit, in order to directly receive consultation at the clinic and then makes payment at the counter.
2. If you are unable to come on the day of appointment, please cancel it one day in advance through automated or telephone registration.
